Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, Bruce was a member of Law Review and also received honors in the Advanced Appellate Advocacy Program.
In
addition to being a licensed attorney, Bruce is also a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), a trained mediator, a trained arbitrator and a
Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS). His multi-disciplined
background enables Bruce to see legal issues from many perspectives. He has the ability to quickly get to the root of a problem and find solutions that work.
Over the years Bruce has assisted numerous clients with both simple and complex estate planning strategies. He is adept at providing his clients with strategies to protect their assets and preserve their wealth. In addition to his vast knowledge and experience in estate planning, Bruce has effectively functioned as de facto General Counsel for business clients lacking in-house counsel. He is practical, pragmatic and able to develop "outside the box" solutions that satisfy both legal and business interests.

Jan Glassman, Office Administrator
Jan brings to the firm 17 years of diverse experience as a legal assistant and law office manager in the areas of probate, guardianship, estate planning, business law, real estate and litigation. Her superb customer service skills enable her to cultivate excellent client relationships while enabling Bruce to better assist his clients. Jan is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
