Bruce R. Glassman, Esq.
Bruce has an old-fashioned philosophy when it comes to the practice of law: treat people the way you would like to be treated. His
broad base of knowledge as an attorney, a certified public accountant
and a trained mediator, combined with
his years of experience in a
diversity of matters, gives him the ability to get to the root of a
problem and find solutions that work.
Quality
is a priority for him, which means he will work with a client until he
is certain the client is satisfied and that all options have been
considered. His ability to communicate complex issues in clear and
simple language assures a client always understands the status of his
case, without feeling he has been "talked down to."
Bruce
also understands that quality legal services can also be very expensive
at times. As a result, thanks to the wonders of the Internet and significantly lower overhead than the traditional brick & mortar law office, Bruce offers
each of his clients professional legal services, individualized
attention and exceptional customer service at a reasonable price.
Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, Bruce was a member of Law Review and also received honors in the Advanced Appellate Advocacy Program.
In
addition to being a licensed attorney, Bruce is also a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), a trained mediator, a trained arbitrator and a
Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS). His multi-disciplined
background enables Bruce to see legal issues from many perspectives. He has the ability to quickly get to the root of a problem and find solutions that work.
Over the years Bruce has assisted numerous clients with both simple and complex estate planning strategies. He is adept at providing his clients with strategies to protect their assets and preserve their wealth. In addition to his vast knowledge and experience in estate planning, Bruce has effectively functioned as de facto General Counsel for business clients lacking in-house counsel. He is practical, pragmatic and able to develop "outside the box" solutions that satisfy both legal and business interests.
Bruce has been a licensed member of the Florida Bar for almost 30 years and is a proud recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell AV® rating. This
rating shows that Bruce is considered to have the highest ethical
standards and professional ability as compared to all other lawyers in
his areas of practice. He has lectured at various tax, estate planning and asset protection continuing education seminars.
